PDGM has begun and HH Providers across the country are striving to transition a PPS delivery model to the reform requirements. HH episodes that span 2019-2020 are mostly completed, and PDGM episodes will define the future in terms of clinical and fiscal outcomes. This presentation addresses what HH Providers are experiencing so far, in terms of both successes and struggles they are facing as they settle into the PDGM era.
